Greetings from Team India, a pioneering all-female led chapter operating from India. Since our establishment in 2018, we have strived tirelessly to achieve our goals and create a positive impact in our society. As all our members have now graduated and become esteemed alumni, Team India is embarking on a new journey to redefine our purpose and extend our influence further.

Our team is committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity in all spheres of life, and we continuously strive to learn from and showcase the richness of our country. We are passionate about supporting and driving initiatives that can bring about a transformative change in our society.

Projects: 

1. ThinkOcean India produces an in-house podcast named See Green, which aims to raise awareness about sustainability and green issues in the Indian context. The podcast features guests from various sectors of the sustainability industry and aspires to maintain this diverse range of speakers in future episodes.

2. ThinkOcean arranged a gathering for vegans to share their diverse experiences and learn from one another. The event brought together individuals from different backgrounds who follow a vegan lifestyle.

3. ThinkOcean India (2024) hosted the High Seas Treaty ratification campaign under the leadership of Ajay Sawant to create buzz around high seas and fastrack the signing and ratification of the BBNJ High Seas Treaty.
